Return and exchange policy
We are here to make your shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions before making a purchase.
Return or exchange requests will only be allowed within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- For the product to be eligible for return or exchange make sure that the following conditions are met:
- Product must be unworn or unwashed.
- Product was not used or damaged.
- Product must include original tags.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per customer demand.
- The refund process (if the customer requests for refund) will start only after we receive back the product and validate the return.
- In case the pickup facility is not available on the provided pin code, the customer must ship the product back to the POISED office at her/his risk, costs & responsibility within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- In case of exchange, if you select an item with a higher value compared to the item you are exchanging, we will ask you to pay the price difference. In case the value is lower, we will credit you with the difference.
- If the requested item is unavailable for exchange, we will offer the best alternatives or issue store credit.
- Once an order has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.
Refunds are made as follows:
- If the payment was made in cash then the refund is made in the form of a bank transfer.
- If the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of net banking) then the amount is credited back to the same account/card from which the payment was made.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for the following items:
- Custom-made products
- Accessories
- Jewellery
Cancellation Policy:
In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it can not be cancelled using our website.
